Deanna - Happy Life

Hello! My name is Deanna and I am a nationally certified massage therapist with a license to practice in the state of Wisconsin. I obtained my degree through the Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College and am a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

My goal in life is to be a genuine person and connect with those I interact. My heart grows bigger with each person I am lucky enough help. Healing comes in so many colors, with touch being such a powerful way to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. A holistic lifestyle is something that is dear to my wellbeing and promotes health by enhancing a positive perspective. There is only one of us, so why let pain hinge having a purposeful and happy life. Simply growing from my adventures insights, sounds, and interactions, I am glad massage found me and fits so perfectly with who I am. I will continue to educate myself to help people reach the best they can be with the best I can be.

  • Long strokes with light pressure flush your system — cleansing the body, mind & soul. Stress dissipates leaving you rejuvenated. This technique is a great introduction to massage.

  • This technique involves applying deep pressure to affected areas. Long, rigorous strokes are used to break adhesions & spread muscle fibers. Once the tissues are warmed, trigger-point & neuromuscular therapy are used. “A good hurt”; this massage may leave you slightly sore, but invigorated!

  • Therapists transfer heat to your stiff muscles through the application of hot stones. The stones are used for long strokes as well as specific placement to enhance softening of the tissue, circulation, & relaxation. We use hot stones in nearly all of our massages.

  • During pregnancy, expectant moms are going through a host of changes from physical to emotional to spiritual. Our therapists use distinctive techniques to relieve back, shoulder & hip pain, swollen legs/ankles, postural imbalances & sciatica symptoms. Specially designed pillows & large tables offer extreme comfort. Massage benefits moms & babies by increasing serotonin & dopamine, improving labor outcomes, & reducing labor complications.

  • This technique involves addressing the specific needs of an athlete. We help facilitate the body to: flush the body of unwanted toxins, encourage muscle regeneration, promote healing & reduce recovery time. We often include assisted stretch to increase tissue pliability & flexibility. Performance enhancement is our goal for you.

  • Our on-site massages are a great way to promote wellness in your office. Massage has been shown to reduce work related injuries & sick days. We can provide services using our portable table or chair. This technique will leave your employees energized & focus.

  • Nicole’s Thai Yoga is done fully clothed on an awesome mat on the floor! These sessions are 90 minutes and her reflexology sessions are 30 minutes.

  • Ashiatsu means foot pressure. The therapist literally uses her feet to do the massage. This allows for deep pressure and virtually no soreness.

  • This massage technique involves very specific work on and around the injured/affected areas. Consultations with your doctor are a vital connection in monitoring your progress and treatment. This massage is designed to enhance tissue mobility, lessen pain and promote healing.

  • An ancient healing modality, cupping has been used internationally as a comfortable effective treatment for many health disorders. Cupping engages negative pressure (rather than tissue compression) to rapidly facilitate rigid soft tissue release, loosen and lift connective tissue, and break up/drain stagnant fluids and toxins. Consequently, blood and lymph flow is increased to skin and muscles to further the healing process. The pulling action engages the parasympathetic nervous system allowing a deep relaxation to move throughout the entire body. This modality is effective as an independent treatment or as a complement to massage therapy.

  • This massage technique involves applying moderate pressure to the affected areas. Long moderate strokes are used to warm the tissue spreading the muscle fibers along the way. This technique enhances lymphatic drainage, which promotes wellness and relaxation. This massage will allow the body to rest, relax and recoup!

  • Our Sticks and Stones Massage is a blending of hot stone and bamboo fusion where our therapists apply expert training to release tension and provide a feeling of tranquilly and balance. A service that combines the desire of deep tissue with the relaxing warmth of stones and bamboo to provide a natural and organic massage that provides comfort and revitalization.

  • Add relaxation to your celebration. Treat your wedding party, bring us to the pre or post wedding gathering, similar to our on-site massage. This is a great way to say “thank you” for being a part of this special day.

  • Nicole’s Thai Yoga is done fully clothed on an awesome mat on the floor! These sessions are 90 minutes and her reflexology sessions are 30 minutes.
